Hi there! I'm Queenie, founder of The Virtual Department.

After a decade working with both high-growth startups and multinational companies globally, I noticed the same pattern everywhere: talented leaders spending far too much time on operations instead of leadership. Founders drowning in admin. Executives buried in coordination tasks that others could do better.

The traditional BPO industry wasn't addressing this issue. Most providers offered cookie-cutter solutions that didn't understand the unique needs of startup founders or the discretion required for executive support.
