Hi there! My name is Queenie, and I'm the founder of The Virtual Dept.
Having worked in both small and multinational companies globally for over a decade, I noticed a gap in the BPO market where many businesses struggled to find reliable and professional support that was also customised to their specific needs. The traditional one-size-fits-all approach of most BPO providers was not meeting the unique demands of businesses, especially those of small businesses and high-level executives.
I started The Virtual Dept to provide bespoke support to businesses, tailored to their specific requirements.
