Hi there! I'm Queenie, founder of The Virtual Dept.
After a decade working with both high-growth startups and multinational companies globally, I noticed the same pattern everywhere: talented leaders spending far too much time on operations instead of leadership. Founders buried in the business instead of leading it. Executives carrying work that deserved senior ownership, not just extra hands.
The traditional BPO industry wasn't addressing this issue. Most providers offered the same templated support regardless of who was asking — they didn't understand the unique needs of startup founders or the discretion required for executive support. They treated every client the same, when leadership demands are anything but standard.
I started The Virtual Dept to change this.
