Access to your tools, inboxes and documents is limited to the people actually working on your account, on a need-to-know basis, and removed the day an engagement ends. Can we scale up or down?
Yes. Engagements run on a rolling monthly retainer with a 30-day notice period, so you're never locked into more than you need. Scaling up (more hours, an additional specialist, a short-term project push) is usually arranged within a few days; scaling down just needs notice before your next billing date.

Our team is based across Manchester, Accra and Dubai, and we work across all time zones — so your engagement is never limited to a single country's working hours.
